Before I go into my post...I want to post a shout out to my little Lizzie who is turning 6 today! Awwww...my baby is no longer in the 1-5 child category...she's a kid now...LOL! My baby girl! She's having her party at grandma's house on Sunday. So not looking forward to the hyper kids with the cake and candy! LOL...yikes!!!

I didn't go too far out like I normally do with embellishments...so I kept this one short with only 5 blings! This image alone is too cute to add to much to it. You see how she's dressed? Well...that's close to exactly what I wore to Disneyland...pictures to share soon! I just had to make her match with me...lol. Not only do I love this fairy's outfit...but I love her hair as my hair was like that once upon a time...and I LOVE butterflies!!! I think that's why I picked this fairy to play with! ;) BTW...her name is Danni...appropriately named after design team member Danni! Lucky girl! :P You can find her HERE! Paper Makeup Stamps "Monster of a BLOG HOP"!

So I was coloring up the image to make my card and Lizzie came for me to hug her and give her some love...well she turns over to my desk and see's the image and with a worried look asks me "MOM...why is he eating the flower?!"...LMBO! The expression alone made me crack up. I wish I would have had a video camera on her so you could see the expression...lol! Still...I'll remember when I was making this card because of that...lol!

Hey all and Happy Saturday! Today is another day of sneak peeks from Paper Makeup Stamps! Well...actually another day for ME as the other girls AKA the Paper Artists have been sneaking peeks since Wednesday. Today we are featuring the Moody Girls!

Here is my card featuring Moody for Showers! Isn't she gorgeous!? Goes perfectly with our crazy Southern Cali. weather I might add! I'm getting all kinds of moody but from the temperature change...lol...and not for the good! One day it's all nice and sunny and warm...yes...warm...then the next day is overcast and gloomy and wet! UGH! Make up your mind Mother Nature! Anywho...here is my card for today! Hope you like! Oh...have you noticed I've been using plenty of blingage on my recent creations? LOL! That's all thanks to the awesome Katie Cotton who was my Secret Valentine! Us girls over at Paper Makeup Stamps had a little swap between us and Katie got stuck with me...lol. This girl knows me like crazy...she sent me a BOATLOAD of blingage! Check out that ADORABLE mailbox where they came in! OH MY WORD it was like hitting the bling jackpot...lol! K...gotta go! I'm getting a much needed help from a therapist for my anxiety/panic attacks. So far I've been able to control them before they get out of hand. I've been getting these MORE frequent since about 2 weeks now and trust me...they've drained me to the max. To the point where I was actually afraid to come to the computer thinking it was one of the things that triggered it. Good thing I'll be taking a small break soon. As much as I'll miss my friends inside my computer...I think it'll be a great thing to help control this horrible feeling. Only those who have had panic attacks/anxiety attacks can truly understand how horrible this is! So if you suffer from this...I'm there for you and hope you can overcome it. HUGE HUGS!

Makeup 4 The Weekend #18

Hello all and welcome to another week of Paper Makeups Makeup 4 the Weekend! I hope you're having a Happy Friday so far! I'm making this a quickie post as my tonsils are swollen so bad and causing me all kinds of pain. Motrin only helps for so much and I don't know what to do. My head hurts...my ears are ringing! UGH! Just when I get over my fever and what not...this doesn't go away! :'( Now I'm screwed though because hubby had to cut the medical insurance! Great huh?

Anywho...today's M4TW challenge is brought to you by Lisa M. She has provided us with an inspiration piece to draw from. I took the colors...I seriously can't think straight but did NOT want to pass up on it. I don't like to let people down. Anywho...here is the inspirational picture and my card! Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge #34!

Hello and Happy Tuesday! Today's challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches is actually a color challenge! I LOVE color challenges just as much as I love sketches! This week Melissa has challenges us and you as well to use Chocolate, Light Orange, & Vanilla as your colors!

I must admit I was kinda thrown off by the colors...but once I broke out some paper...I knew I could do it! THEN I was surprised by my baby girl...Miss LV with her buying me the new Cheeky Cherry stamps from The Greeting Farm! Oh you could have knocked me over with a feather! This cheeky girl sold some of her shutter shades at school and some crocheted iPod socks I crocheted for her and she used her money for that! Can you say...AWWWWW? She said I deserved them. So I made her pick which stamp to use for the challenge and she said she could totally see Cheeky Shooter!

Hey all...just wanted to let you know that today is Freebie Friday at Bugaboo Stamps! :D Here is my card I made to show you what can be done with one of the freebies! I made it on the fly because I had to go to the hospital again for my anxiety. But when I got home from the hospital after I had my Ativan...I colored this image up and created this card. Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge!

First off...I want to apologize to those who played along with Tuesday Morning Sketches last week and I didn't get around to comment. As you know things just haven't been going smooth lately for us here...BUT I'm not making anymore excuses. I should try to use the computer as much as possible because come March...I don't know if we'll still have a connection. It'll only be temporary...for maybe a couple of months or so if we should lose connection... Now with that aside...here is your sketch for today's TMS challenge!

Makeup For The Weekend #12

Hey all and HAPPY FRIDAY! TGIF for sure! I had gotten so use to sleeping in a little late and what not...and now with my kids back in school...well...it messed up my routine...LOL! It's actually drained me to the point where I almost forgot to post this...even from last night when I could have auto-posted...lol. I'm drained as I go in the morning to drop the kids off...then out at 11 again to take Lizzie to kinder...then out at 2 again to pick up LV & Ozzy and then 2:30 to pick up Lizzie. I can't wait until Lizzie is in full day. Oh well...I can't home school them. No wait...THAT would actually kill me! So Thank GOD for school. HAHAHA! Anywho...today is Paper Makeup, Makeup For The Weekend challenge! YAY! For today, the challenge is to make a card or project with a birthday theme in honor of Tina's birthday on Sunday! HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY TINA! :D So I made this top note box. Inside it's empty as I'm out of candy...YIKES...but who wouldn't want to get a little present like this with some sweet treats inside? LOL! I used Birthday Lauren for this treat box. Ok...I'm exhausted and headed to the couch to nap...I'll catch you guys later! Hope to see you tomorrow for JUGs Saturday challenge! Paper Makeup Stamps Blog Hop and Release Day!! YAY!

Well hello peeps and welcome to the Paper Makeup Stamps Blog Hop! It's NOT the 7th for all you PMS vets...it's the 14th...lol...but that still means it's time for another Paper Makeup Stamps blog hop of new releases! The release for this month had to be pushed back a bit for X reason...but it is SO worth the wait! Have you enjoyed the sneak peeks so far? I know I have! :D

I have Cookie Monster to share with you today. Now tell me...who can't resist a cookie nabbing monster? He is MY kind of monster! LOL! I'm a cookie freak, especially snickerdoodles! ZOMG I'm drooling just thinking of them...HAHAHAHA! Today I made both a card AND a 3D item...a milk carton! What goes great with cookies? DUH...MILK! LOL! I saw this idea somewhere...to combine the whole cookie and milk concept...but I can NOT remember, for the life of me, where and it's killing me...but let me tell you...it left a great impression for me to wanna CASE it! I bought the milk carton & carry case tutorial for this project from Becky at Inking Idaho and I LOVE it! I bought it a while back and just managed to make something worthy from it! Inside the milk carton, I packaged up a baggie of cookie mix (sugar cookie) and then added some chocolate melts. When I make sugar cookies...right before they're done...I top each center with a chocolate melt. After I got done with this project...I baked some cookies...chocolate chip! :P I'm sorry if you're drooling...it's not MY fault! Blame Katie for having me to use Cookie Monster for the hop...LMBO! Also...after seeing what the other girls have made using Cookie Monster...now I see mine and they look like phlegm and potato...seriously! Tuesday while doing some blog rounds it hit me. I had one of those LMAO moments that even scared the hubster. Please feel free to laugh...I know I did...and LOUD! I even spewed my work space and keyboard with a large mouthful of coffee!

Farm Fresh Friday...on Thursday!

Hey all and Happy Christmas Eve! Just dropping in again really super quick to post my card for FFF on Thursday. Since tomorrow is Friday...I doubt too many will be around to play and what not...so this FFF has been pushed back. I hope you've been playing with Jessica's 12 days of sketches...awesome sketches so far! I wish I had more time to play...but I FINALLY had some breather time and now I'm just gonna rest my right hand after sooooo much crocheting in such short time. That's what I get from procrastinating! To those who've emailed me about custom crochet...I will get back to you VERY soon! Ok...so here is my card! I used Marlene Monkey by Marina Neira and made her up for Christmas. Once again I free-handed a little Christmas hat! :)

Another quick post for today! I want to make sure I share what I've made in my spare time so I can keep you interested...lol! I don't think I can handle a blog divorce from you all! LOL! So to keep it interesting...I have made a card featuring a SEXY Bombshell from Bombshell Stamps! *wink* This girl is too cool for her own good. Oscar called her "Ice Queen"...but that's my title when he's a jerk with me! *wink*

She was made for 2 challenges...1 is for The Pink Elephant to create a project featuring Christmas or Winter...so I went with Winter...I'm SOOOO done with Christmas cards! The other challenge was for December's sketch challenge by Kathi for Bombshell Stamps. The only thing I omitted was the sentiment and instead added the flourish. Oh yes...the procrastinator in me kicked in and decided that this year I WILL get my Christmas cards out! LOL! I feel awful that I'm receiving cards and not sending...so enough of THAT!

Here is a card I made for someone...shhhhhh...I don't want them to know who it's for...but I do hope she likes! I hadn't used Penelope Fairy in such a long time that I think I heard her mutter some curse words under her breath as I took her out of the folder to stamp her...lol...sowwy Penelope! Here is the card I made for this challenge! I used this adorable guy from the set Sweet Message by Marina Neira for The Greeting Farm. I didn't have Kiwi Kiss or Baja Breeze so I opted for Cool Caribbean & Wild Wasabi. He is colored in with Copics and again I went a bit 'sew crazy' on this card. Back panels are embossed with Cuttlebug folders Swiss Dots & Distressed Stripes. Card is embellished with 6 gold brads.

Ok now down to business...hello all and welcome to yet another week in the Hump Day hop at Bombshell Stamps! Today I'd like to welcome Ms. December to Bombshell Stamps! Already Ms. December AKA MrsETaylor has challenged us to make a card in the spirit of Naughty or Nice! ;) Good one Mrs E.! Most of you who know me...know I have my naughty side...so this challenge is SOOOO me! :P

I decided to go to old reliable and use the 'A Pirates Life' bombshell and 'Holiday Accessory'. Sentiment is computer generated and it says "Dear Santa, You decide!" ;)...LOL! She is colored in with Copics and I've added Fun Flock to the hat, dress trim, & boots. This hottie is ready to receive her nicely wrapped package! ;)

I used Tuesday Morning Sketches sketch #22 for this card. I just flipped it on it's side. I LOVED the sketch...especially that it has a little twist...stitching! Now...if you've seen my last cards...you've seen I've gone a bit sew crazy! LOL! I love my sewing machine and can't believe it was just in a corner collecting dust.

The Greeting Farm's *Outdoorsy* Sneak Peek!

Hey! So how was your weekend? Any left overs still being eaten? Mine not too great! I did however FINALLY watch New Moon and I LOVED IT and Paranormal Activity...I am disappointed! I thought it would be better...like some reviews said (I LOVE a good thrill and love getting scared)...but NOPE! Oh well... Now for going out in the cold though...I've become a mouth breather! UGH...nasty congestion! But oh well...I got to have some fun! Anywho...

This adorable set is called Outdoorsy and is a set of 7 stamps...2 adorable images and 5 sweet sentiments! I don't know any boy scouts...so I went on a search of what a boy scout uniform would look like and decided to color this cute fox in scout colors. Can you just picture this cutie out in the forest trying to make some fire? Adorable! LOL! Look at how perfect he goes with the Sunny Glen DP...don't you think? Oh and as you may have noticed...I have gone a bit "sew crazy" on my cards! LOL! It just calls to me! What can I do?

Hey all...and Happy Monday! Just a few days away from Thanksgiving huh? God I am so not looking forward to that! BUT I am thankful for lots of things...so I'm putting on my big girl panties and dealing with it. I know my mom wouldn't want to see me crying so I wont upset her!

Today I wanna show you a card I had been meaning to post for a while not. It's such an awesome set by both Kristin Bueter and Tammy Hershberger (sentiments). I won this oh so cool and exclusive digi set for participating in a special challenge at JUGs. It's sooo cool! It has this cute lamp post and some very sweet sentiments!

It didn't quite come out like I had envisioned it...but it's pretty close. I tried to make it look like a view to a Christmas tree from the street. I'll do better next time Kristin! LOL!

Winter Fairy

First off I want to thank all who left me a comment yesterday on my amazing news! Everyone on the DT made me feel so welcome and the rest made me feel super warm at heart. I can NOT wait to start my term and can NOT wait for you guys to join me even then.

Now on to today's card. You guys have no idea how much I love fairies...I hardly ever use them in my creations right? Well...those who do know me for a while know I LOVE fairies. They remind me of someone very special to me who I wont go into it because I don't feel like crying. BUT I will say she is the reason for my love with them. Well...when I saw Marie's fairies...I KNEW I had to have them! Being that Autumn and Winter are my favorite seasons...Winter taking top spot...I had to make a card using Winter Fairy. It's also for the Farm Fresh Friday challenge...to use NO DP!!! I also made my very first crocheted snowflake. Not too cute...but I tried...lol! Ok...I am off to nap.
