I had seen these on Splitcoast and wanted so much to make them but couldn't find a tutorial and to be honest, was a bit initmidated to make one. Then browsing thru Julie Buhler's blog, SHE HAD THE TUTORIAL!!! So I had to go ahead and try it out! I'm so making these for Christmas to hang on our tree! You can find Julie's tutorial HERE! BTW...check out her nails...they are GAWGEOUS!!! Mine would be all inked up...so I haven't had a manicure or acrylics in a LONG time! LOL!RE: Picture....sorry there's no "cute" or "fancy" backdrop...lol...I was in a rush to make my tutorial for my group.
